CHALLENGE

​My client's website was outdated and wasn't mobile-friendly. The navigation wasn't logical, some info was duplicated, some was hidden in drop-downs and some was misplaced. The patient education pages were at a grade 16 level, but needed to be closer to grade 4-6; and there were many grammatical and punctuation errors throughout the site.

SOLUTION

​As Decibel Agency, I provided consulting services for design, layout, imagery and navigation, as well as copywriting and editing.

• Provided feedback and recommendations for every page on the entire site.

• Made edits directly in the Higher Logic platform.

• Rewrote the patient content and brought the reading level down from Flesch-Kincaid grade 15.9 to 5.2.

​Stats TBD. The project leaders were very happy with my work, especially the patient content, and accepted most of my site recommendations. ​
